- Customer selects NAPS / Local Debit Card at merchant checkout
- Customer enters Qatari debit card number, expiry date, and PIN/CVV on the QCB QPAY secure gateway
- Customer enters OTP SMS code received from the issuing Qatari bank
- Payment is approved instantly and customer is redirected back to merchant site
