  1. Customer selects TIPS instant payment at checkout and inputs bank account or mobile wallet alias
  2. Customer receives authorization prompt on banking app or mobile wallet
  3. Customer authorizes real-time transfer via PIN / 2FA
  4. BOT TIPS system clears funds instantly and sends settlement notification to merchant
