NQR is NIBSS's national QR code payment standard in Nigeria, enabling instant interbank transfers across commercial bank mobile apps.

🔄 User Payment Flow

  1. Customer selects NQR Code at merchant checkout
  2. Checkout displays NQR dynamic barcode
  3. Customer opens any participating Nigerian bank mobile app or wallet app to scan NQR code
  4. Customer enters mobile banking PIN to authorize instant payment
  5. NIBSS NQR clears transaction immediately and confirms to merchant
